Layers - Audra's pick
Jackets, Coats, Sweaters... it doesn't matter to me which one, I just love layers! I like the look and I love the warmth. Some of my favorite layer purchases from last season came from a store called Alter'd State. I'm a fan of this company because their products are not only adorable but the clothing is appropriate and modest. There is scripture all over the store and an awesome SALE closet at the back of the store. Check them out online at altardstate.com
Vest - Laura's pick
Whether it's puffy, furry or quilted, I love to throw on a vest in the fall over a patterned shirt. Being very versatile, it can be dressed up or dressed down. Check out this one I purchased this past week at Old Navy Quilted Vest and there are several colors to choose from.
BearPaw boots - Rebecca's pick
Fall is my favorite time for clothes! My typical everyday style is ripped knee skinny jeans and my fleece-lined Bear Claw boots. They help to keep my constantly freezing body warm. Throw a hoodie or a flannel shirt on and I’m ready to go!
Blanket Scarfs - Tammy's pick
Oh, how delighted I am that blanket scarfs are back this fall! They are a wonderfully versatile fall wardrobe accessory as a quick throw around the shoulders and run out the door to intricately wrapping around your neck to wearing it long with a belt around the waist. I just love them! Here's a cute one at Old Navy Flannel Scarf or this one Check Blanket Scarf or this one Apt. 9 Classic at Kohl's.
Wedge Boots - Carrie Beth's pick
Well, considering the current temp at 8:00 am is 73, I do not get as many chances to wear my fall clothes and accessories as I did in Kentucky! However, for those two weeks when the temp dips below 70, this flip flop wearing girl will be sporting her black or brown wedge boots. Thanks to a broken leg and and a broken ankle, my heel days are over but I can still wear my wedges. I just love that I can throw them on with a skirt, jeans, cords, or a dress and they look right. They are my flip flops for cold weather and combined with a long scarf, thin sweater, and jeans you have my Florida fall attire!.
